There is no damage deposit

We do not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel your order more than 48 hours before your delivery date. If an order is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to delivery then a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the entire rental fee will be charged

We currently deliver to the Portland Metro and surrounding areas. We can only deliver to a property that you own/rent

All of our Rooms come with a microwave, refrigerator and space heater. Our Deluxe model also includes a bathroom with toilet and sink. We can also furnish the Rooms dependent on your needs. Options include: Couch, Bed, Desk, Chairs, Table. Let us know what you need!

We do monthly rentals. Check availability and pricing by inputting your dates. The longer the rental, the cheaper the rate!

The Basic: 8.5' x 7'

The Deluxe: 13' x 7.5'

For electrical we require a functional outside outlet from your house. For plumbing we require a functional hose bib on your property

Renter must have accessible and level space on their private property. Units cannot rest on public property or right of way

For The Basic we need a minimum of 18ft of depth and 12ft of width in the accessible location

For The Deluxe we need a minimum of 24ft of depth and 12ft of width in the accessible location

For accessibility we need a continuous width of 12ft free from obstacles for unit entry. Fence openings may encroach as long as we have an opening that is 9ft or more
